Hey Mama!
Personalized prenatal and postnatal support for real-life motherhood
Meet Leora,
the Founder
IBCLC, MOM OF THREE, AND YOUR BIGGEST BREASTFEEDING CHEERLEADER
Hi, I’m Leora - and I’m so glad you’re here. I’ve spent over a decade walking alongside families as they navigate the joys and challenges of breastfeeding. But my journey started long before I earned any certifications. It began with my own struggles - the kind that leave you in tears at 3am - and a powerful moment supporting my sister as she became a mom for the first time.
Watching her breastfeed her newborn, I saw the mix of love and uncertainty in her eyes. I guided her through those early hours, and in doing so, realized I’d found my calling.
Personally, I’ve breastfed three boys - one through exclusive pumping, one with the help of a nipple shield and a very patient lactation consultant, and one who latched all on his own. Each journey shaped the way I show up for the families I serve: with compassion, real-life experience, and a belief that there’s no one “right” way to breastfeed.
With a background in Child & Adolescent Development and hands-on training at St. Joseph Hospital, I’ve had the honor of supporting hundreds of families - both in-home and virtually - through the tender, unpredictable, beautiful fourth trimester.
I believe that when everyone’s focused on the baby, someone needs to be there for the mom. That’s why I do this work.
