Mamas Milk Club is a supportive community for parents navigating postpartum especially when it comes to feeding and lactation. You’ll get access to expert-led education by our Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLC), on-demand resources you can use anytime, and a private community where you can connect with other parents who get it. Whether you’re breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, or combo feeding - this is your safe space for support, guidance, and encouragement.

Virtual Mamas Milk Club gives you support virtually - including access to our online resource library and community Slack group as well as weekly expert-led group Zoom meetings—so you can get support no matter where you live from other parents and our IBCLC Lactation Consultants.
All Access Mamas Milk Club includes everything in our Virtual option PLUS weekly groups that meet locally in Orange County. You’ll be able to connect face-to-face with other families while getting live support and guidance. As a bonus you get access to our pediatric scales for weight checks and weighted feeds during our in-person weekly session.s

We know finding the right support is important. You can join any of our community options and cancel at any time and you will never be charged again. You can always stop into our Weekly sessions in person on Tuesday for $20 a session to try it out. (Pay at the door).

Slack is a private chat platform where our community connects outside of meetings. Think of it like a group text, but way more organized. You’ll find dedicated spaces for Q&A, encouragement, resource sharing, and real talk from other parents and responses from our IBCLC Lactation Consultants—available 24/7 right from your phone or computer. In Slack, you can also submit questions in advance that you are hoping for our IBCLCs to answer on our live weekly Zoom calls!
